Turn alerts

Waiting pages show an Alert me when it's my turn button. Visitors who turn it on can switch tabs. They get:

• A soft chime and a notification when they're about to reach the front.
• A second chime, a vibration on phones and a notification when it's their turn, just before they're taken to your site.
• A flashing tab title while the page is in the background.

Browsers only allow sound after a click, which is why visitors opt in. Notifications need their permission; if they decline, the chime still plays. On iPhone, notifications only work for sites added to the home screen; the chime works everywhere.

There's also Notify me by email, which emails visitors when they're about two minutes from the front.
