Get Waitrooms

Custom domains (optional)

Optionally serve the waiting page from your own subdomain, such as queue.yourbrand.com.

You don't need a custom domain. The snippet is enough, and we host the waiting page. A custom domain only changes the address visitors see while waiting.
  1. Add the domain under Domains (Growth plan and above).
  2. Create the two DNS records shown: a TXT record proving you own it and a CNAME to edge.waitrooms.dev.
  3. We verify it and issue a certificate automatically, checking every 10 minutes.
  4. In the room's Install tab, choose it as the queue domain.
